Zurich Carnival

The Zurich Carnival takes place in February of every year, bringing street parades, colourful costumes, lively music and a whole lot of merriment in its streets. It is a popular event in Switzerland drawing local and foreign tourists every year. The Zurich Carnival takes place in various streets which include the Volkshaus, the Kaserne and Helvetiaplatz, all within easy walking distance in the city centre.
